Peran Infrastruktur Perkeretaapian bagi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Wilayah

Abstract


Jurnal ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengembangan infrastruktur perkeretaapian terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan regional. Data yang diolah meliputi data asset perkeretaapian, anggaran pembangunan perkeretaapian, pendapatan penumpang dan barang, biaya pegawai dan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). Data yang dipergunakan adalah data panel dari 10 provinsi di Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Sumatera untuk tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2015. Dalam analisis ekonometrika dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan postif antara variabel anggaran pembangunan, aset perkeretaapian, pendapatan, biaya pegawai dan IHK terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB).
