Metode Modified-Partial Capacity Design (M-PCD) Dengan Kolom Elastis 30%: Studi Kasus Bangunan Beton Bertulang Persegi 6 Lantai

Abstract


Salah satu alternatif perencanaan struktur tahan gempa adalah metode Partial Capacity Design (PCD). Metode capacity design mensyaratkan strong column weak beam untuk mencapai side sway mechanism, sedangkan PCD mengizinkan mekanisme kerusakan aman lainnya yang disebut partial side sway mechanism. Pada mekanisme ini, semua balok dan beberapa kolom diizinkan mengalami lentur plastis (KP) sedangkan beberapa kolom lainnya tetap elastis (KE). Dalam perkembangannya, metode PCD disempurnakan menjadi modified-PCD (M-PCD) dengan memodelkan fase linier dan non-linier untuk analisis strukturnya. Penelitian ini meninjau struktur beton bertulang 6 lantai dengan denah persegi, di mana 30% kolomnya elastis. Kinerja struktur diuji menggunakan analisis non-linear riwayat waktu dengan percepatan tanah yang dimodifikasi konsisten terhadap respon spektrum rencana. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa bangunan persegi 6 lantai tersebut memiliki kinerja yang cukup baik. Mekanisme keruntuhan dan drift telah memenuhi persyaratan, namun masih ada kerusakan sendi plastis yang melebihi persyaratan FEMA 273.
