Analisis Risiko Sosial dari Perspektif Masyarakat di Sekitar Proyek Pelebaran Jalan di Surabaya

Abstract


Proyek pelebaran jalan dapat memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat di Kota guna memenuhi kebutuhan infrastruktur. Namun saat pelaksanaan proyek berlangsung, terdapat beberapa permasalahan sosial yang mungkin terjadi. Penelitian ini akan menganalisa risiko sosial dari perspektif masyarakat terdampak akibat pelaksanaan proyek pelebaran jalan. Berdasarkan risiko sosial yang teridentifikasi akan dilakukan penilaian dengan harapan dari penilaian tersebut dapat ditemukan tindakan pencegehannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko sosial. Identifikasi risiko sosial diperoleh dari hasil studi literatur, dan melibatkan 4 responden ahli untuk melakukan penilaian.  Dari hasil penilaian telah diperoleh 25 dari 38 pemicu risiko (risk agent) sosial yang terklasifikasi sebagai risiko prioritas melalui prinsip Diagram Pareto.
