Analisis Penilaian Kondisi Bangunan Gedung dengan Metode Matriks Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1)

Abstract

Building structures are the physical embodiment of construction results with a design life, and they need to be maintained through upkeep, care, and periodic inspections to remain functional. However, the implementation of these activities in Indonesia, including for the BUMN X Office Building (State-Owned Enterprise X Office Building) constructed in 1988, has not been fully realized. This research aims to classify and quantify the level of damage to the BUMN X Office Building using the Condition Survey Protocol 1 (CSP 1) Matrix method. The analysis results show that, overall, the damage level of the BUMN X Office Building is categorized as good. The CSP 1 method yielded 160 photos identifying damage, with a total score of 3.89. This indicates that the building's structure is still strong and stable, with damage/defects only on the exterior, thus requiring planned maintenance and care.
