ANALISIS PEMILIHAN PERBAIKAN JALAN DENGAN METODE SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN ANP BERINTEREGASI GIS
Abstract
Road infrastructure maintenance is an important aspect in supporting connectivity and economic activities in the region. Cost limitations cause road managers to have difficulty in determining road sections that need maintenance first. This study aims to determine the priority of road repair in Kudus Regency using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method which is integrated with the Geographic Information System (GIS). The analysis was conduct on 14 road sections based on four main criteria, namely environmental, technical, cost, and road conditions. The weighting results showed that environmental factors had the greatest influence (0.35), followed by technical (0.30), cost (0.25), and road conditions (0.09). Based on the calculation results, the main priority for repairs is applied on roads in residential areas that are severely damaged however low maintenance costs. The results of this study show that the integration of ANP and GIS is able to produce an objective, efficient, and supportive decision-making model for local governments in planning sustainable road maintenance.
