In 2009, Journal of Civil Engineering (JCE) was established to replace the TORSI journal. TORSI journal was firstly published in March 1981. JCE publish two volumes annually. Each volume consisted of at least five articles. In 2019, JCE finally utilize full online submission and reviewing system.
Starting in 2025, the Journal of Civil Engineering will migrate from OJS 2 to OJS 3, with the new address: https://journal.its.ac.id/index.php/jce .
