Paradigma Interior Kantor Kemarin, Saat Ini dan Hari Esok pada Kantor PT TPS Surabaya

Abstract


Perkembangan penggunaan teknologi pada ruangan kantor berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Memberikan dampak pada gaya bekerja dan kebutuhan ruangan pada sebuah kantor. Dulunya sebuah kantor terbentuk sangat kaku baik dari organisasi maupun fasilitas yang ada. Saat ini sebuah kantor memiliki fasilitas yang sangat adaptif dan dinamis mengikuti perkembangan generasi pengguna dan kebutuhan produktifitas dari sebuah kantor itu sendiri. Pada masa setelah Covid – 19 membuat sebuah kantor harus merubah kebiasaan dengan memanfaatkan semua teknologi yang ada dan terdepan sehingga memaksa sebuah kantor untuk merubah kebiasaan dalam bekerjanya. Hal ini akan membuat di kemudian hari sebuah fasilitas kantor akan menjadi sangat fleksible dan dinamis karena harus menjadi adaptif dengan perubahan keadaan yang ada. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini agar memberikan kesadaran kepada pemilik atau pengelola kantor PT TPS Surabaya secara khusus dan secara umum di Surabaya sebagai dasar untuk mempertimbangkan saat melakukan pemeliharaan maupun pengembangan aset berikutnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasi Desktriptif dengan melihat kondisi eksisting yang ada saat ini pada sebuah kantor PT TPS Surabaya dan mendapatkan data primer dari survey eksisting.
