Kajian Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Aksesibilitas dalam Ruang Pelayanan Publik Studi Kasus: BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Bandung
Abstract
Masalah utama dari pelayanan publik oleh instansi pemerintah tidak hanya bagaimana menerapkan aturan dan sistem pelayanan. Tetapi peran desain interior ruang pelayanan yang dapat membentuk alur sesuai dengan prosedur juga perlu diperhatikan. Aksesibilitas dalam ruang adalah salah satu hal penting dalam interior yang dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan pengunjung sehingga berdampak pada proses pelayanan semua pengunjung. Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat aksesibilitas di dalam ruang pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus “BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Bandung”. Data diperoleh melalui survey dan pengamatan, kemudian data dianalisis dan dijelaskan dalam diskusi mendalam. Secara garis besar, menurunnya aksesibilitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yatu: sirkulasi pengunjung, density dan crowd pengunjung, kapasitas dan ukuran ruang, selanjutnya penataan furnitur di dalam ruangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dan pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, khususnya di bidang desain interior untuk memaksimalkan tingkat aksesibilitas dalam ruang sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pergerakan pengunjung yang efektif dalam ruang pelayanan publik. Tetapi masih banyak keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini, karena objek penelitian yang tidak stabil dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu, serta hanya berdasarkan survey dan pengamatan pada waktu tertentu. Saya berharap penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dan meninjau perbaikan lebih lanjut dalam penelitian terkait selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT
The main problem of public services from government agencies not only how apply the rules and service system. But the role of interior design service room that can form a groove in accordance with the procedure also needs to be considered. Accessibility in space is one of the important things in the interior that can affect the movement of visitors so that the impact on the process of service all visitors. This study attempts to analyze and discussed factors that affecting the level of accessibility inside the public services. This research was conducted by using case study approach "BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Bandung". Data were obtained through surveys and observations, then the data were analyzed and explained in depth discussion. Broadly speaking, the decline in accessibility is influenced by several factors: the circulation of visitors, density and crowds of visitors, capacity and size of space, then the arrangement of furniture in the room. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and consideration in improving the quality of service, especially in the field of interior design to maximize the level of accessibility in space so that can make maximum the movement of visitors that is effective in the public services. But still a lot of limitations in this research, because the object research unstable and able to turn at any time, and only based on survey and observation at a particular time. I hope this research can be used as a reference and review for further improvements in the next subsequent related research.
