Aksesibilitas dan Fasilitas Pengaruhnya pada Kepuasan Pengunjung Taman Kota
Abstract
Taman kota di Tangerang Selatan sudah banyak dikunjungi pengunjung untuk berolahraga maupun rekreasi. Namun, terdapat beberapa keluhan pengunjung terkait penyediaan aksesibilitas dan fasilitas yang disediakan taman kota. Landasan teori yang digunakan mencakup variabel aksesibilitas dan fasilitas serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan dengan populasi pengunjung Taman Kota 1 BSD, Taman Kota 2 BSD, dan Taman Menteng Bintaro, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui model regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas dan fasilitas memengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung, sehingga perlu mempertimbangkan penyediaan aksesibilitas dan fasilitas yang memadai di taman kota agar pengunjung merasa puas.
