Perubahan Perilaku Wisatawan dan Aktivitas Wisata Pasca Terjadinya Pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Merebaknya virus COVID-19 di Indonesia mempengaruhi perkembangan industri pariwisata karena perilaku wisatawan dan aktivitas wisata berubah. Perubahan ini perlu direspon dengan cepat terutama bagi Kota Yogyakarta, yang menempatkan sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor ekonomi utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan perilaku wisatawan dan aktivitas wisata yang terjadi di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode Directed Content Analysis (DCA) dan simple majority rule dipilih karena analisis kualitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk fokus pada aspek-aspek perubahan perilaku wisatawan dan aktivitas wisata dalam hasil data teks wawancara in depth interview. Sementara itu simple majority rule berguna dalam situasi pengambilan keputusan kelompok di mana opsi dengan suara terbanyak dianggap sebagai pilihan yang terbukti mengalami perubahan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perubahan perilaku pasca pandemi COVID-19 terjadi pada wisatawan yang berkunjung di Kota Yogyakarta yaitu peningkatan kesadaran penggunaan teknologi (wisatawan tech savvy[1]), kecenderungan wisatawan berkelompok kecil, peningkatan kesadaran kesehatan dan kebersihan, dan pengaturan wisata secara terencana. Sedangkan perubahan aktivitas wisata yang terjadi yaitu peningkatan aktivitas industri pariwisata berbasis teknologi informasi dan kecenderungan minat pada daya tarik wisata terbuka, alam, dan natural.
