All articles submitted to IPTEK The Journal of Engineering must comply to the journal's Focus, Scope and Author Guidelines. Manuscripts must have scientific quality or originality that is relevant to the journal's focus and scope. This journal requires all manuscripts submitted be written in proper English. Authors who do not speak English as a first language should have their paper reviewed for grammar and clarity before submitting it. The work must not have been previously published or submitted for other publication. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least two (two) professional reviewers from the Peer-Reviewers Team. useful feedback will be provided by the reviewers to improve the manuscript's content. A third peer-reviewer may also be involved to provide critical feedback on a paper if it is deemed necessary. A double-blind review procedure is employed in this research for its peer review. The Editor in Chief (together with the Editorial Board if necessary) makes the final decision on manuscript submission based on the critical remarks of the reviewers. The Editor and Editorial Board make the final decision on the manuscript, based on the remarks of peer reviewers (but not solely by Reviewer).
